Russian forces carried out 11 group strikes targeting Ukrainian military‑industrial sites, logistics hubs and shipping flotillas, and reportedly downed 5,315 drones along with various missiles and a guided bomb. Ukrainian troops responded with strikes on Russian ammunition depots and a drone command post.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said on Friday that its forces carried out 11 group strikes on Ukrainian targets for the past week and shot down 5,315 drones, along with one guided aerial bomb, four Flamingo missiles, six Neptune missiles, and two HIMARS rockets.

The strikes hit Ukrainian military‑industrial enterprises, logistics centres, energy and transport infrastructure, production workshops, storage facilities for cruise missiles, ground robotic systems, drones and ammunition, as well as temporary deployment sites of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries.

The ministry also reported that 14 dry‑cargo ships carrying weapons and dual‑use goods were hit, and Ukrainian port infrastructure used for receiving, storing and distributing military cargo was rendered inoperable.

Russian air‑defence forces said the attacks caused one casualty and injured 23 people over the past day, a figure reported by Ukrainian media.

In response, the Ukrainian military said it had struck two Russian ammunition depots in the Zaporizhzhia region and a drone command post and a fuel and lubricants depot in the Donetsk region on Thursday and Friday.
