TUCSON, Ariz. — Savannah Guthrie, host of the 'Today' show, has made an emotional plea for help in finding her mother, Nancy Guthrie, who has been missing for more than a week after reportedly being abducted from her home in Tucson.

In a recent Instagram video, Guthrie expressed her desperation and urged the public to remain vigilant, saying, She was taken and we don’t know where, and we need your help. The plea comes as FBI officials confirmed that they have yet to establish any communication with suspected kidnappers, and no suspects have been identified.

The FBI is conducting a comprehensive investigation, operating a 24-hour command post, and has requested public assistance via digital billboards in multiple states along with a $50,000 reward for any information leading to Nancy's safe return.

Guthrie's family has previously indicated a willingness to pay a ransom for her mother’s release, with Savannah saying, This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us, and we will pay.”

As Nancy's disappearance has garnered national attention, concerns for her health have mounted, particularly given her need for daily medication related to heart issues and a pacemaker.

Investigators are exploring multiple leads as they continue their search for Nancy, with Savannah Guthrie appealing to anyone who might have seen anything unusual to step forward. The case remains open and under active investigation by authorities.
