The tension began to surface months before Harry's resignation, when five trustees — Timothy Boucher, Mark Dyer, Audrey Kgosidintsi, Kelello Lerotholi, and Damian West — issued a joint statement declaring a loss of “trust and confidence” in Ms. Chandauka, who took up the chair position in 2023.
