Barrientos, the rapper’s legal name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has pleaded not guilty to the charges brought after a September confrontation and a subsequent incident. The court heard that the pair had been flirting at the event, but the alleged climax turned violent after a consensual sex act ended.
“The vibes were good,” Yung Filly told the court. He argued that his presence was friendly, his security guard removed her phone to preserve privacy, but he denied any illegal acts that would elevate him to the charges. The verdict is still forthcoming as the court processes the evidence.
