One dead and five injured in Swiss shooting, police say

A tragic shooting at a late‑night rave in the northern Swiss town of Schachen near Aarau has claimed one life and left five others wounded, local authorities confirmed.

Police are currently conducting a manhunt for the unidentified gunman, while investigators work to determine the motive and circumstances of the attack.

The incident took place near a horse‑racing track approximately 46 km west of Zurich, during a rave session that had continued through early Sunday.
