Russia has carried out a brutal air offensive on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, resulting in the deaths of at least three individuals. The assault, described by local authorities as the most formidable since the onset of the conflict, involved a barrage of nearly 50 drones, two missiles, and four guided bombs unleashed within a short 90-minute timeframe. Kharkiv, situated just 20 miles from the Russian border, has often been targeted, but the scale and intensity of this attack were remarkable.
Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed that the city experienced around 40 explosions, showcasing the ferocity of the strike.
