The Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge has recently completed a significant load test ahead of its anticipated opening next month. Over the course of five days, a testing team drove 96 trucks over designated points on the structure to ensure its integrity.

The bridge, rising 625 meters above a river in Guizhou province, is on track to become the world’s tallest bridge as well as the largest span bridge constructed in a mountainous area. This rigorous testing process marks a pivotal step in confirming that the bridge can safely accommodate traffic once it opens.
