As they waited outside the Altayara health clinic, Iman suddenly heard the thunderous sound of a strike. Rushing to the scene, she was devastated to see her sons and niece on a donkey cart being used to transport casualties due to a lack of ambulances. Amir was reported dead at the scene, while Omar was critically injured. Despite efforts to save him, Iman recounted, "They tried to revive him. Omar needed blood, and it took them an hour to get it... but it was in vain."
