Elan Axelbank, a member of Socialist Alternative, expressed frustration over Target's lack of action. In Minneapolis, protests continue with a focus on specific Target locations, calling out a widely circulated video showing ICE agents detaining Target employees. The demands include the refusal of federal agents' entry without judicial warrants.

Target's response to the protests has been muted; the company has declined to comment. This public outcry is not new for Target, which has been under scrutiny for its business practices and previous backlash over rolling back diversity initiatives. Activists hope to shift the narrative and force Target to advocate for the immigrant community amidst rising tensions and community fear regarding federal enforcement actions.
